After extensive research and engagement with our community and stakeholders over the past year, we are excited to share the draft Carr Villa Memorial Park Masterplan with you. The Masterplan provides a clear path forward, creating a strong foundation to guide all future developments while ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our growing and diverse community.

We invite you to review the Masterplan below and share your feedback directly on the document. Your feedback will ensure that the Masterplan accurately reflects the values, expectations, and needs of the Launceston community.
